Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Restrictions (THC Compliance)

Due to state regulations, we cannot ship THC products to certain states.
We currently do not ship to:

Your cart will automatically prevent checkout if shipping to a restricted location.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days for standard U.S. shipping

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or demand

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier rates.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if eligible.
