Refund policy

Due to the nature of Coastal Chill consumable products and compliance regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, we want you to have a great experience, so please review our policy below.


1. All Sales Are Final

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on any consumable THC products, opened or unopened.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@coastalchill.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Package lost in transit (after carrier investigation)
